2. Prep the Cauliflower
Wash and cut the cauliflower into even-sized florets for even baking.
3. Season Well
In a large bowl, toss the florets with:
Olive oil
Garlic powder
Paprika
Salt & pepper
Turmeric (if using)
Make sure each piece is coated.
4. Bake Until Golden
Spread the seasoned cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until edges are crispy and browned.
5. Garnish and Serve
Top with chopped parsley, or squeeze fresh lemon juice for brightness.
