🧄🌿 Garlic Herb Sourdough Bread Stuffed with Brie and Cranberry Sauce
This baked sourdough loaf is crispy on the outside, ooey-gooey inside, with creamy brie, sweet cranberry sauce, and rich garlic-butter flavor. It’s perfect for holidays, parties, or cozy nights at home!

🛒 Ingredients
1 large round sourdough bread loaf

6 oz (170 g) Brie cheese, sliced

1/3 cup cranberry sauce

4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, finely minced

1 tbsp fresh thyme (or rosemary or parsley), chopped

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

Optional: chopped walnuts or pecans for crunch

Optional garnish: fresh thyme or rosemary

👩‍🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the bread
Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F.
Place the sourdough on a cutting board. Using a sharp knife, cut deep criss-cross lines across the loaf — like a grid — but do not cut all the way through the bottom.

2️⃣ Make garlic herb butter
In a small bowl, mix together:

Melted butter

Minced garlic

Chopped herbs

Salt & pepper

Brush this mixture generously into all the cuts of the bread.

3️⃣ Stuff the bread
